Understanding the Cookiebot CMP Dashboard

The dashboard is your main control center for the app. Here’s a quick overview of what you can find and manage:

• Banner Status Toggle: At the top of the page, you can quickly turn your banner on or off using the "Banner is live" / "Banner is off" toggle.

• Plan Status: You can see which plan (e.g., Free, Essential, Pro) you are currently on, located next to the "Dashboard" title.

• Upgrade Button: If you need access to more features, you can click the "Upgrade Now" button in the top-right corner.

• Banner Setup Steps: This section (which includes Activate Banner, Scan, and Customize Banner) helps you with the initial configuration.

• Google Consent Mode: You can easily enable or disable Google Consent Mode using the dedicated toggle.

• Session Usage: This card shows you how many times your cookie banner has been displayed to visitors.

  • This is for informational purposes to help you understand user interaction; you are not charged for sessions.

  • Session data takes one day to update. You will not see new sessions in real-time.

• Privacy Policy: This section provides a link to sign up for a privacy policy. (Note: Connection within the app is not currently supported).

• Help & Support:

  • Click the "Help" button in the top-right corner for assistance.

  • You can access our Help Articles for self-service guides.

  • If you contact the support team, please copy your "Settings ID" from this section and paste it into your support request. This allows the team to help you much faster.
