Open the app and go to Customize Banner. The editor has three tabs — Design, Content and Privacy — with a live preview on the right. The banner status bar shows whether the banner is Active, with a Deactivate button.
Design tab
- Banner Layout: Dialog (centered overlay) or Flat (flat bar across the bottom).
- Theme: Light or Dark.
- Display logo on banner (paid plans): shows your logo on the consent banner.
Content tab
- Default Language and Add Language control the banner languages.
- Text Content (paid plans): edit the Headline, Description, Accept, Decline, Save Settings and More Information buttons.
- Reset text to defaults restores all original wording in one click.
Privacy tab — the privacy trigger
The privacy trigger is the floating fingerprint icon that lets visitors reopen the banner and change or withdraw consent at any time — a GDPR requirement.
- Show privacy button: toggle on/off. If off, add a Privacy Settings link to your footer instead.
- Icon color (paid plans): blue, black or multicolor.
- Position: bottom left or bottom right.
Free vs paid
Layout and theme are available on every plan. Logo on banner, custom text content and trigger icon color require a paid plan.
