Cookiebot JS Banner Blocking SSL Handshake on avangartclinic com
Hello Cookiebot Community,
We are deploying the Cookiebot GDPR consent banner script across our online booking platform to manage cookie consent categories, but we are running into a script blocking issue.
Technical Issue: When the uc.js Cookiebot script initializes on our primary web application domain (avangartclinic.com), the browser console blocks the auto-consent callback with a CORS Origin Header Missing and SSL socket handshake timeout error.
Environment Details:
- Portal Domain: avangartclinic.com
- Integration: Cookiebot Consent Manager / Custom JavaScript Web App
- Protocol: HTTPS / TLS 1.3 Encryption
- Browsers Tested: Google Chrome, Safari iOS, Microsoft Edge
Steps Taken:
- Verified that the primary SSL certificate on avangartclinic.com is fully valid and cross-chain verified via SSL Labs.
- Added
Access-Control-Allow-Originheaders to our Nginx edge proxy server. - Verified that disabling automatic script blocking resolves the initial page loading delay.
Are there specific cross-origin domain whitelisting parameters or data-cbid attribute settings required in Cookiebot configuration for custom HTTPS web portals?
Any developer guidance or support insights would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Check the Cookiebot domain and data-cbid configuration first, since the SSL and Nginx settings have already been verified.
