How to connect CookieBot app to an existing account?

Hi!

We have been using Usercentrics on a different platform and have a subscription plan. How can one connect a Shopify app to this existing account? is it possible to use configurations from there?

Do we need to pay both for the app and the Usercentrics account?

  If you already have an active Usercentrics account, I’d first check whether the Shopify app can be connected to that existing account rather than creating a separate configuration. The ability to reuse your existing configurations may depend on the Usercentrics plan and how the Shopify integration is set up.

  I’d also check the Shopify App Store listing or contact Usercentrics support to confirm the billing structure. In particular, ask whether the Shopify app is included with your existing subscription or whether Shopify requires a separate app subscription.

  It would be helpful if someone from Usercentrics could clarify whether an existing account/configuration can be linked directly to a Shopify store and what happens to the existing configuration after connecting it.
